"The Adaptive platform is fantastic — and most importantly, well received by my team!"
Famer Bezares
IT Director

Lucchese, the 140-year-old designer of cowboy boots and western apparel, replaced its legacy solution for security awareness training with Adaptive Security, due in large part to the platform’s user interface and expansive functionality.

“The way the Adaptive platform leverages artificial intelligence is unique and a great approach to building security awareness training,” says Famer Bezares, IT Director at Lucchese.

Legacy solutions bog down IT departments with manual processes and limited capabilities. However, with Adaptive, Bezares takes advantage of the next-generation platform’s intuitive user interface to easily customize training that employees will engage with and learn from.

This shift represented more than an upgrade for Lucchese; it was a strategic move to proactively address the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats. The limitations of the previous vendor had become apparent to Bezares, and he took action to ensure the company’s employees received the training necessary to prepare for any threat and protect the entire organization.

Bezares had Adaptive up and running in minimal time, immediately taking Lucchese’s security awareness training program into a new era.
