Editing Training Notifications

Training notifications are now customizable. Admins can tailor the message so every campaign feels clear, trusted, and on-brand.

A clearer experience

Notifications now live in their own step in the campaign flow. You can:

  • Edit the copy of training reminders—across Slack, Teams, or email—to say exactly what you want.

  • Customize the subject line and sender names for email notifications.

  • Add bold, italics, underlines, and dynamic macros.

Made for employees

Notifications are often the first touchpoint employees see. Without customization, they created problems:

  • Default emails could be mistaken for phishing if they didn’t look internal.

  • Policy details, like consequences for incomplete training, weren’t included.

  • Some campaigns didn’t explain why training was assigned.

  • Sender names couldn’t be customized, so employees didn’t know who to contact.

With customization, notifications become clearer, more trustworthy, and easier to act on. Notifications should feel like they came from you. Now they do.
