Voice-based social engineering is one of the harder attacks to defend against. There's no link to inspect, no time to think, and a convincing caller ID can make even a careful employee hesitate.
Today, we're announcing upgrades to voice phishing in Adaptive.
Self-Serve Vishing Campaigns at Scale
It's never been easier to launch a voice phishing campaign in Adaptive. Improvements to the campaign flow and an expanded scenario library make it straightforward to configure targets, pick a scenario, and get a campaign running.
Reporting lands in Campaign Insights: pickup rates, callback rates, call durations, and AI-generated summaries of how each call went. Employees who answer or call back get a "reveal" email letting them know it was a simulation. Voice phishing campaigns scale to tens of thousands of calls per day.
Shared Phone Numbers and Call Trees
Most security awareness programs test individual employees and stop there. Attackers don't. Help desks, IT support lines, and call centers are increasingly targeted because a single successful call can have outsized impact.
Adaptive now supports voice phishing simulations against shared phone numbers. The AI agent navigates the phone tree (IVR) to reach a live employee, then executes the scenario. Results are visible directly in the product.
Available Now
These upgrades to voice phishing are available for Adaptive Security customers.
