Today, we are launching Test Out: a way for admins to let learners prove what they already know and skip a module's instructional content by passing a short assessment.
What's in Test Out
With Test Out enabled, a learner can take a short quiz at the start of a module. If they pass it, they skip that module's instructional content and move on. If they do not pass, they go through the full module as usual, so everyone still ends up covered. Admins can build the test-out quiz from quiz questions in their module, edit question content, and set pass thresholds for learners.
How It Fits Into Your Workflow
Admins enable Test Out in two steps: add an assessment to a module, then turn on Test Out when configuring the campaign. Modules with an assessment show a Test Out badge so it's clear where it's active.
Once enabled, learners see a short quiz at the start of the module and can test out by passing it.
