Notifications are are core interface between our customers' employees and the Adaptive platform. Whether it's a training reminder, a phishing alert, or a manager escalation, the messages employees receive shape how they perceive a security program. Get them wrong and the program suffers, regardless of how good everything else is.
We're now giving admins complete control over how those communications look, sound, and land.
What's new
Custom sender domain. Notifications can now be sent from your own domain, so employees see a familiar address in their inbox instead of a third-party vendor's.
Configurable reminder cadence. Admins can set how often training reminders and manager escalation emails go out, from daily to every two weeks, with separate controls for each notification type. A notification calendar in the campaign setup flow shows exactly when sends will happen before a campaign goes live.
Notification branding and content customization. Admins can now apply company branding to employee-facing emails and edit notification content directly, using a rich text editor or custom HTML. Notifications go out looking and sounding like they come from your organization — because they do.
Custom business days. Admins can now define which days of the week are business days. Training reminders and manager escalation emails only go out on those days. No more weekend sends, no more notifications landing when nobody's working.
Why it matters
Generic vendor emails get ignored. Branded, well-timed messages from a sender employees recognize get opened. These updates put admins in full control of both, so your security awareness program feels like it belongs to your company, not ours.
