We’re excited to introduce a refreshed look and location for Phish Remediation Training: an updated experience that makes it easier for admins to set up automated follow-up training and track results across their program. With this release, remediation now lives in one dedicated place, with clearer setup and consolidated performance reporting.

What’s New

A new centralized Phish Remediation page designed to help admins build targeted remediation programs based on employee behavior.

It includes two tabs:

• Program Rules: Create and manage remediation “programs” based on behaviors like first-time failures, repeat failures, link clicks, and more.
• Performance: View aggregated reporting across all active remediation programs, so admins can understand outcomes in one place.
