Adaptive Security Finance Analytics — Privacy Policy                                          

This policy describes how the Adaptive Security Finance Analytics application ("Application") handles data.                                                                                                                

Scope                                                          

The Application is an internal tool used only by Adaptive Security, Inc. It does not collect, process, or store data about any user or  party other than Adaptive's own accounting records and operational  data.                                                                                                                                                

Data sources  

The Application reads financial data from Adaptive's QuickBooks Online account via the Intuit API, including accounting transactions, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and related records.                                                                                                                      

Personally identifiable information  

The Application is designed to exclude personally identifiable information of external parties (customer and vendor contact names,  email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses) at the ingestion layer. Such fields are filtered out before data is stored.

Storage        

Data is stored in Google Cloud BigQuery within Adaptive's private Google Cloud project, encrypted at rest, with dataset-level IAM access controls. Credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager.                                                                                                                

Access                                                          

Only authorized Adaptive Security employees with explicit IAM grants can access stored data.                                                                                                                                

Retention                                                      

Data is retained for as long as needed for internal business purposes.                                                                                

Third parties                                                                                                

The Application interacts with Intuit (QuickBooks Online API) for  source data and Google Cloud for storage and compute. No data is shared with other third parties.
