Adaptive Security Finance Analytics — Internal Use Agreement                                                                                                                  
This application ("Application") is an internal tool of Adaptive Security, Inc. ("Adaptive"). It is provided solely for use by Adaptive  employees and authorized contractors.  

Permitted use  
The Application connects to Adaptive's own QuickBooks Online account to retrieve accounting and financial data for internal analytics, reporting, and decision-making. It does not process data on behalf of any external party.
         
Restrictions                                                                                                
Users may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or make the Application available to any third party. Access is contingent on a  current employment or contractual relationship with Adaptive.

No warranty                                                                                                
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use only. Adaptive makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for  any particular purpose.
